Small businesses to the largest fortune 500 companies ALL need more workers to continue fulfilling their promises to customers. There isn't a specific segment either. Professional positions to blue collar workers are all needed to get our supply chain back on track &amp;amp; expedite lead times that have doubled/tripled for many industries. Moreover, this will allow our economy to provide for the most basic needs that we ALL enjoy like car parts, air conditioner manufacturing, stocked grocery stores, &amp;amp; so much more. We all depend on Americans working to play their part... and it's one solution to unclogging the backed up ports with 100's of ships off the coast of California just waiting to be unloaded.
